Se realizo una transferencia de presupuesto por 50000 pesos en Recursos Fiscales 2011C1100 (biologia molecular) de la partida 35701 a la partida 35401 la cual se hizo con éxito, e hicimos una CXP de la partida 35401 por 23272.50 pesos la cual se creo sin problema, pero al consultar los estatus de presupuestos no afecto al devengado ni saldo disponible, solo me muestra el prestamo recibido y saldo disponible como 50000 pesos.
